Is there a free trial available? ▼

How does the approval workflow work? ▼
Staff members or drivers create movement entries which go into a pending queue. The Admin reviews and either approves (making it official) or rejects it with a reason. Notifications are sent automatically at each step.
Is CargoWay GST compliant? ▼
Absolutely. CargoWay generates GST-compliant invoices with GSTIN, HSN codes, and tax breakdowns. Export invoices in XML format for direct upload to the GST portal.
Can I track driver-wise and truck-wise movements? ▼
Yes. Every movement entry captures the driver, truck (trailer), transporter, vessel, and line. Filter reports and dashboards by any of these dimensions and export as PDF or Excel.
How does container validation work? ▼
CargoWay validates container numbers against the ISO 6346 standard. It also checks for duplicate entries and lets you instantly fetch the last movement history for any container ID.

Yes. CargoWay's built-in email scheduler sends daily movement reports to customers automatically. Customize per customer and view complete mail logs including sent attachments.
What roles are available? ▼
Four roles: Admin (full access), Manager (scoped access), Staff (enter daily movements and bills), and Driver (limited portal for their own entries). Each role has a tailored dashboard and menu.
Is there API access? ▼
Yes, on the Enterprise plan. CargoWay is built on Laravel with Sanctum API token support, enabling integration with ERP systems, accounting software, or custom internal tools.
What export formats are supported? ▼
PDF, Excel (XLSX), and XML exports across movements, invoices, bill summaries, and reports. XML export settings are configurable per vendor.
Can I manage rented/partner trucks separately? ▼
Yes. CargoWay has both a Transporter master (for partner vendors) and a Trailer master (for vehicles). Track owned vs. rented, and vendor bills are handled separately from customer invoices.
What happens to deleted records? ▼
CargoWay uses soft deletes — deleted records go to a Recycle Bin where admins can restore them. No data is permanently lost unless you explicitly purge the recycle bin.
Is two-factor authentication available? ▼
Yes. Two-factor authentication (2FA) via Laravel Fortify is available for all users. Admins can enforce 2FA organization-wide. Session management and profile security are also built in.
How is my data secured? ▼
